Love your recommendations for the Americas trips. Never heard about Banff but excited to try it out nevertheless. Do you have more recommendations for Asia? It’s a huge continent. Thank you for writing this.

    1. Thanks so much! Yes, Banff is supposed to be gorgeous. I’ve got a good number of Asia recommendations – feel free to search my blog for more.

I like the sound of this game and love that you made up a two week itinerary for every continent! It must have been interesting to narrow down the places you would explore, but I especially love that you include a little alternatives and snubs section! It is impossible to really know a place unless you live there, but you can soak up a nice taste.

I do not think Antartica has enough space to divy up into places to see but it is a lovely place just the same. 🙂
    Thanks for sharing!

    1. Thanks, Jaya! Super fun game but very hard to narrow things down. Thanks so much for checking it out!

Okay,.. two weeks; I’d most definitely go on an African Safari!!! Tanzania and see the wildlife. And my hubby would love to play golf in Cape Town, SA.. And wow, would love to experience Antartica…but I think its too cold. 🙂

    1. I like the sound of your two weeks! Very well spent!

Whoa! This is quite the plan and will keep you plenty busy! It makes me want to board a flight and head to somewhere new!

    1. Yes, it definitely inspired by wanderlust vibes! I don’t think I’d actually go on any of these trips – as I prefer to slow it down and visit a continent more than once – but it was a fun exercise for the game!

  5. This is an interesting read. You were very brave to attempt this – I could never do it as I just couldn’t chose and restrict myself to a finite number in each continent, as they are just so many places I loved. I definitely agree with many of your choices but sad that Singapore never made it to the list as its probably my favourite city in the world. Great to read your views of why you chose certain cities and would help thoe who have to choose places on a short itinerary

    1. It was so difficult! Ah yes, Singapore was a tough one for me to cut as I quite enjoyed my time there too. Thanks for checking out the post, Barry!

  6. I absolutely love this concept. I agree, it’s so difficult to narrow down to 2 weeks for a continent, but I think you did it really well. I’ve never been to Africa or South America so both itineraries, whole not covering everything I would want to see, are a great start and probably more doable than the multi day traveling options I’d come up with

    1. Thanks, Emma! Yes, it was super hard. Glad to hear I did pretty well!

Wow, that is quite an impressive and hard game to play! I love the challenge of planning out a 2 week itinerary around a whole continent! I loved the key destinations on each continent as when you’re pressed for time when traveling, like I usually am as I can’t take PTO for 2 weeks, you basically aim for the very known/touristy places since they’re a bit easier to get to at times.

    1. Thanks, JoJo! Yes, very difficult but was a lot of fun. And definitely something people with less time off would have to consider.

  8. I want to play too! Love this Riana! I think if I was to play this, I would pick the favourite well known places, but also I would add a couple of hidden gems. Those are always the best surprises of any trip. But this would be a hard task to do- make a 2 week itinerary per continent, let alone country! But I would have fun trying!

    1. Thanks, Renee! Very fun game but super tough. I like your idea with the hidden gems!

Would still love to visit Antartica one day but great tips for all the other continents! Excited to cross them off the list one day!

    1. Antarctica is on my bucket list too!

  10. This was so fun! It absolutely made me want to try the game, though I’m not sure I’m decisive enough to narrow things down that far 😛 I think you did a great job capturing a wide breadth of experiences in each place. Your South America itinerary broke my heart, though, because – while I don’t necessarily disagree with your choices – there is SO MUCH amazing stuff there that had to be missed! This game made it clear just how tough it would be to see it all in such a short amount of time.

Ok, off to plan my own two-week adventures!

    1. Aw thanks so much, Gwen. Great to hear from you! It was a very fun game to play but yes, super tricky to narrow things down. Sorry about my South America itinerary! I’m blissfully ignorant because I haven’t spent enough time there. So much more to see!
