  1. Aw, so glad to see it’s been a breeze getting to Spain (Barcelona) and no trouble at all reaching your hostel and it does sound very homely and well cared for. I am so relieved for you and happy you love it there, at least day 1 in your neighbourhood. Tomorrow you’ll need to mind the heat, your feet etc., but sounds exciting your plans. The adorable street reminds me of Sienna (Italy) near Florence. Another place we’ll have to explore.

Have a great day tomorrow and look forward to your update. You look happy and beautiful baby!

Still owe you an e-mail update on Gong Gong and stuff…all going well and I’ll know more by Friday so may wait to e-mail you on the weekend.

Besides the long and hot tunnels in the metro – transport here has been relatively painless. My feet hurt a lot today but I managed to avoid getting burnt! Yay! Thanks and looking forward to your email!

Barcelona sounds & looks amazing so far. I hope you find one of those bicycle cabs with a canopy to tour you around the city. It’ll save your feet and your pasty white boy skin (that’s definitely from my side) It must be almost surreal to wake up and see such beauty just outside your hostel. I love the pics…they are really well done. Be careful – Spain will be going nuts now, after winning semi-final in Euro Cup yesterday…Final is on Sunday
Lots of love & hugs to you Ri

Haha I saw the ones where the guys walk instead of bike but it seemed cruel/overpriced. I’ve been having a lot of surreal moments actually – this whole trip is surreal! Spain wasn’t too bad yesterday but we’ll see how things go on Sunday when I’m in Madrid.
