  1. Some interesting reads here – I guess the “Beach Read” book is quite apporopriate ! I read at home but rarely when travelling – rarely spend hours on a beach or find time to read at the hotel – maybe I should reconsider this as a relaxation in the evening. The Bewtween Two Kingdoms book sounds interesting. Thanks for teh share.

    1. Thanks, Barry! Hope you enjoy Between Two Kingdoms if you pick it up.

I’ve never been one for reading while on vacation as I usually like to go out and do things. But I’ll give these books a try with my vacations this year!

    1. Thanks, JoJo! My favourite time to read is actually on trains when I’m on vacation.

  3. I don’t have to be on a beach to enjoy these beach reads, right? I’m so ready to take a few days off and just read. I take my book everywhere I go now so I can sit on a bench and read when I’m out on my daily walks. And now I’m seeing a ton of books I need to get myself, especially some of those travel related books to feel like I’m on vacation

    1. Thanks, Emma! Hope you find an awesome new read!

I love seeing stories and writers I am familiar with, as well as many more books that have me loving both the covers and the premise! Save Me The Plums, Untamed, Shrill, Front Desk, The Star-Crossed Sisters, From Scratch, and Chop Suey Nation all look amazing. Can you tell I love writing centered around food and Italy? 🤣
Thanks so much for sharing some warming summer reads!

    1. Thanks, Jaya! I’m so glad you recognized some titles and found some great reads. Hope you enjoy those – good picks!

Beach reads means summer is around the corner! Such a great list, I always look forward to these. I don’t know about you, but the pandemic has me reading more travel genre books than I ever have before. So From Scratch is my next to read!

    1. Thanks, Renee! Yes, I definitely went through a phase of reading more travel books during this time at home. I hope you enjoy From Scratch!
