    Hi Riana!
I’m just getting back myself from my first trip to Canada (my husband and I visited Toronto for a week), and it was amazing! My husband has been a hockey fan for a very long time and he spent some time in the Vancouver area, where he was able to attend a few games. But this time, we visited the Hockey Hall of Fame!
Where we live in Mexico, the main sport is Soccer, but we’re bored by it! I’ve never been one to sit and watch a game, but I honestly CAN’T WAIT to be able to attend a hockey game live. 🙂
It sounds like an amazing experience, for sure! Thank you for sharing this exciting event!

    1. So glad you enjoyed your trip to Canada! I’m from Toronto originally and I’m thrilled to hear you loved the city. Colin loved checking out the Hockey Hall of Fame there when we went back a few summers ago. I hope you get to watch a live hockey game soon! Thanks for reading & commenting!

I am truly not biased as I have heard this from others…you have such a way of telling stories, so real, so much joy and delight reading them, and love the humour! I cracked up about the riots, shhh and continuous humour about annoying announcers on TV, name of sports channels etc. What fun I had reading this, and I love these posts; never stop. Big or small adventures, all are awesome! xo Moo

    1. Thanks, Moo! That means so much to me. Like I said, I’m not a sports writer. So I wasn’t sure this piece would resonate. But glad you liked it! I really enjoyed writing it. Love you much!

  3. Such a nice memory! This game would’ve been a great one to see live in the stands 🙂

    1. Thanks! It was super exciting to watch in person.
